Nutrition is a key part of Symmetry Fitness philosophy on living better from within, if you treat your insides, the results will show on the outside! Symmetry Fitness’ nutritional advice is based around metabolic typing as we are all as different on the inside as we are on the outside.
In the past people have been told that to lose weight and feel better you need to eat high carbohydrates and low protein. This has worked. But for every person that it works for there’s another twenty that it has no effect on or can in some instances make worse. Another theory is to eat meals high in protein and low in carbohydrates, and again this works for some but the majority do not get any benefit from the new diet.

Rather than saying everybody needs to eat exactly like this or that, Callum believes it is much more of a continuum. We need to discover where on the nutrition continuum you sit and educate you accordingly. This process will take place with a detailed questionnaire and analysis so we can determine your correct nutrient mix.
